For whom is the course intended?

ITIL training suits to the people who want to become or already working as team members in IT support or as  IT support managers.
Obtaining ITIL certification, the student demonstrates the possession of skillsnecessary for successful planning, implementation, management andresolution of problems in IT support.

How long does the course last?

The course consists of 20 lessons. The lectures are held three times a week in the evening. Each lecture consists of two lessons.

Literature

 Each candidate is provided with official licensed literature. The literature is included in the price of the course.

Exams and Certificates

It is obligatory to pass one ITIL exam to get the ITIL certificate:

All the exams necessary for certification can be taken at IT center
Necessary prerequisites

The candidates should have some experience in maintaining operative systems. They should also have some basic knowledge about network technologies

Payment

The price of the course for a physical person is: 500 + taxes
The price of the course for a juristic person is: 600 + taxes
The price is fixed in points: 1 point is one euro. You should pay in dinars by the official average exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day of the payment. You can pay on installments without going to the bank.
